Mariusz Lewandowski - BARRISTER
Graduate of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, completed his barrister’s apprenticeship in Toruń, has been running a Barrister’s Office in Toruń since 2013, specialises in the representation of individuals and other entities in litigation, has extensive experience in family law (including divorce) and criminal cases, with particular emphasis on enforcement and extradition proceedings (EAW), as well as criminal law in business.
Paulina Dubrownik - LEGAL ADVISOR
Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. She completed her studies in 2017. She is currently a trainee legal adviser at the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisers in Toruń. In our office she deals mainly with cases in the field of civil law, including insurance law. She has experience in claiming damages and compensations.
Dominika Szprengiel - SECRETARIAT MANAGER
A graduate of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń – Faculty of Economic Sciences and Management, a student of law at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, since the beginning of the Office’s existence she has been managing the office service and coordinating logistic undertakings of the Office employees and cooperators.
Patrycja Czerniejewska - TRAINEE BARRISTER
A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, a legal trainee at the Legal Advisors Chamber in Toruń since 2020, a legal assistant at the law firm, she prepares drafts of pleadings, preliminary analysis of legal problems, conducts legal research.
Kacper Szmak - LEGAL ADVISER
A graduate of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, completed legal training in Toruń, has extensive experience in litigation in civil and commercial matters as well as labour and social security law, specialises in commercial law, including corporate law (commercial law companies), preparation of commercial contracts and representation of parties.

A graduate of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, she completed her judge’s and lawyer’s apprenticeship in Toruń and runs a law office in Toruń. She specialises in representing individuals and other entities in court trials, has extensive experience in criminal cases (preliminary and court proceedings), and, above all, in matters concerning property, including the division of property, the liquidation of co-ownership and the division of inheritance.

Graduate of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, completed his barrister’s apprenticeship in Toruń, has extensive trial experience in criminal and civil cases (including family law cases), specialises in criminal law and legal services for legal entities – housing associations and co-operatives, especially in matters concerning debt collection and representation during enforcement proceedings. Together with barrister Mariusz Lewandowski, he runs the Office’s Branch in Rojewo (near Inowrocław).
Bogumił Adamiak - BARRISTER
Graduate of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, completed legal training in Toruń, runs a Law Office in Toruń, has extensive experience in criminal and civil cases. He specialises in providing legal services consisting in supporting convicts and their families, including in cases of conditional early release and electronic surveillance, as well as providing round-the-clock legal assistance in case a person is detained by law enforcement authorities. He provides a wide range of services in the field of family law – in particular in cases of: divorce, alimony, parental contact with children and division of property, as well as concerning parental authority.
